Spinach Wraps
7 oz. spinach
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 tsp. baking powder
oat milk as needed
Puree spinach, oil, and salt. Add water to spinach to help puree if needed. Pour into bowl and stir in flours and baking powder. Stir and add enough milk to make a soft dough. Let rest for 15 minutes. Pinch into 12 pieces. Roll and fry.
Fill with your favorite vegetables, cheese, and sauce.
