Fluffy Whole Wheat Tortillas
1 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. canola oil
1/2 cup milk
Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Drizzle in oil and use fingers to incorperate. Slowly add milk. Mix until a dough ball forms. Cover and let set for 15 minutes.
Divide into 5 dough balls. Roll each into desired thickness and cook in a lightly oiled pan until each side is golden brown.
