Banana Peanut Butter Pancakes




1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 cup oat milk
1/2 cup natural vegan chocolate chips, optional
1 Tbps. olive oil for frying

Combine all the dry ingredients, then stir in milk until combined. Stir in chocolate chips if adding. Heat your frying pan. Add your oil and allow to coat the entire pan. Pour your batter into pan and cook on each side until browned. Top with your favorite pancake topping and enjoy!
